Criminal-Economic Law
In recent times, this office has had to start certain professional actions related to Criminal Law, initiating proceedings on issues of Preferred Shares, fraud and misappropriation in the marketplace.
Criminal and civil proceedings against banks, telephone companies, electric and gas distributors were also carried-out, which rub certain crimes and violate the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users Rights.
We have achieved a very high percentage of favorable judgments in trials for crimes against the Treasury and Social Security, blending our performance as lawyers with the contribution of materialized evidence in expert reports charging our team of auditors economists.
Procedural Law
The department analyzes the strategy that best suits the particular case, contentious proceedings in Trial Courts, Provincial Courts, High Courts of Justice in Spain and appeals to the Supreme Court Chambers.

Forensic Expert Evidence
Our contribution as independent experts in the forensic field is realized by preparing expert reports and subsequent ratification in court.
We have also specialized in the prevention of corporate fraud, detecting risks and suggesting the implementation of procedures that avoid them, and in the investigation of business fraud that have already occurred.
